Extensions, conversions, renovations, new builds & solar PV
We Build What Others Quote.
Clear scopes. Proper site management. Construction and solar work coordinated under one team. We handle Building Regulations, Party Wall details, roof condition checks and the decisions that usually become expensive surprises.
Built properly. Powered intelligently.
We don’t bury provisional sums in a vague quote. Construction, roofing and solar responsibilities are written down, exclusions stay visible, and changes are agreed before anyone starts work.
Extensions & Conversions
Rear, side-return and wraparound extensions, plus loft and garage conversions. We coordinate steels, structure, insulation and Building Control from strip-out to final sign-off.
- Party Wall coordination
- Structural steel installation
- Building Regulations compliance
Renovations & Refurbs
Full-house refits without the usual trade-by-trade confusion. Strip-out, first fix, plastering, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and decoration run under one programme.
- Full M&E first and second fix
- Kitchen and bathroom installation
- Occupied-home phasing available
New Builds
Groundworks to final fix, with the sequencing and paperwork handled properly. We work with your architect, engineer and warranty provider, including NHBC routes where specified.
- Groundworks and superstructure
- Programme and cost control
- Warranty-provider coordination
Solar Panel Installation
Residential solar PV planned around the roof, not forced onto it. We assess the roof area, agree the panel layout, coordinate cable routes and leave the installation neat and clearly documented.
- Roof and shading assessment
- Panel, inverter and cable planning
- New-build and retrofit installations
The work should speak first.
No glossy render pretending to be a finished job. These are the kinds of details we plan for: clean junctions, sensible circulation, natural light and finishes that survive real family life.

We see the job through.
A good project isn’t just brickwork, plaster or panels on a roof. It’s decisions made early, neighbours kept informed, cable routes planned before finishes close up, and someone answering the phone when the weather turns.
-
Step 01
Consultation
We visit, measure, ask awkward questions and identify the likely cost drivers.
-
Step 02
Design & Planning
Scope, drawings, approvals, panel layout, cable routes and quotation are aligned before site starts.
-
Step 03
Build
Named site lead, tidy sequencing, weekly updates and variations agreed in writing.
-
Step 04
Handover
Testing, handover documents and snagging are closed before the project is called finished.
Specific feedback. Not sales copy.
They caught a drainage issue before the slab was poured, explained the cost properly and rearranged the programme without turning it into a drama. We always knew who was on site and what was happening next.
We lived in the house through most of the refurbishment. The team kept one bathroom working, sealed the dusty areas and gave us a clear two-week look-ahead every Friday.
The original quote was itemised enough for us to make decisions before work started. The only extras were changes we asked for, and each one was priced before they did it.
